Here’s what I know…teachers have the ability to impact the future! I believe that because I’ve lived it. Understanding the power of a great teacher inspired me to be one. I’ve dedicated my professional career to building well rounded learners and future leaders…and I’ve loved every minute of it!
I’ve worked at every educational level: elementary, secondary, and post secondary. No matter the age, I believe everyone has a desire to learn. With over 30 years in the education game, I am a seasoned educator with a passion for learning and a desire to serve.

A Passion for Learning
Dr. Wilson began her career in her native New Orleans working as a teacher at her own elementary school, St. Leo the Great. It was here that she realized the love for helping students learn and thrive.
She continued working with students, providing rich experiences and real world learning. Helping children see learning everywhere around them was what helped her students succeed academically.
Helping students achieve at their highest levels is the goal. By modeling excellence and establishing the highest of expectations, Dr. Wilson models the importance of perseverance and taking ownership of your own learning.
